Terms governing your use of PST services. Using our services means unconditional acceptance of these clauses and the applicable laws of Iran.
Before you read
The articles below define the legal framework for postal and logistics services provided by Pishtaz Sorat Tabadol Kian (national ID 14009039475, holder of postal license 1416-93-100 from the CRA). This document applies to senders, recipients, legal representatives, and any natural or legal person using our services. Last updated in 1404 (2025). Updates will be published on this page with the revision date and announced via the news feed; continued use of services after publication means acceptance of the new version.

Article 1 — Definitions
“Company” or “PST”: Pishtaz Sorat Tabadol Kian (PJSC). “User”: any person using the Company’s services — sender, recipient, legal representative, or corporate client. “Shipment”: any parcel, letter, document, or item delivered to PST for dispatch. “Service”: domestic post, international post, air cargo, customs clearance, cross-border shopping, and ancillary services. “Regulator”: the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA).

Article 2 — Acceptance of terms
By placing an online order, handing a parcel to our courier, visiting a PST counter, confirming the acceptance form barcode, or signing electronically, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the clauses herein. The User declares they have read, understood, and have no right to negotiate these terms. Lack of awareness does not waive obligations.

Article 3 — User identity verification
For registration and service use, the User must provide a mobile number registered in their name, national ID, first and last name. Verification is performed via the CRA Shahkar system. Providing false information leads to immediate account suspension, cancellation of in-flight shipments, and referral to judicial authorities if needed.

Article 4 — Packaging & content responsibility
The sender must pack appropriately for content nature, resistant to pressure, shock, and moisture. Full responsibility for accurate content declaration, true value, prohibited-items compliance, and obtaining permits (health, standards, customs) rests with the sender. PST may inspect doubtful parcels in the sender’s presence or with video documentation.

Article 5 — Prohibited items & restrictions
Strictly prohibited: explosives, firearms and bladed weapons, narcotics, radioactive materials, dangerous biologicals, live animals (without special permits), precious metals and jewelry (undeclared), securities, originals without backup copies, third-party IDs, or anything banned under origin/destination law. Article 6 — Delivery time & late-delivery damages
Service times (Express, Standard, International, Cargo) are typical estimates and may be affected by force majeure, weather, security events, strikes, customs interruptions, and regulatory orders. Proven excessive delays entitle the sender to compensation per CRA rules and the service liability cap.

Article 7 — Pricing, payment & invoicing
Prices are calculated at registration based on weight, dimensions, volumetric weight, origin, destination, service type, duties, and statutory VAT. Differences in actual vs declared weight/dimensions trigger an invoice adjustment. Accepted payment methods: online gateway, COD, corporate credit, and (forthcoming) installments. Official invoices include economic code and VAT.

Article 8 — Cargo insurance & liability cap
Each shipment has a base coverage by service type (cap shown at registration). For higher coverage, the sender may declare true value and activate supplementary insurance. Compensation for damage or loss is paid up to the declared cap; the premium may be deducted from the indemnity.

Article 9 — Tracking, refund & return
All shipments carry a 12-digit tracking code visible on the public portal without login. Pre-acceptance cancellations get full refunds; post-acceptance refunds follow CRA rules and service type. Returns from destination follow the service agreement (especially e-commerce services).

Article 10 — Privacy & data protection
PST processes, stores, and where necessary shares User personal data with carrier partners, customs, and the regulator, per the “Privacy Policy” page and Iran’s data-protection laws. Reading the Privacy Policy before using services is mandatory.

Article 11 — Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logo, software, layout, and code — belongs to Pishtaz Sorat Tabadol Kian. Copying, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Article 12 — User obligations
The User undertakes to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) safeguard their account and not share credentials; (c) not use the services for money laundering, terrorism financing, smuggling, or any unlawful activity; (d) respect other users, PST staff, and the company’s intellectual property. Violations trigger suspension, cancellation, and possibly legal action.

Article 13 — Service suspension or termination
PST may suspend or terminate accounts in case of unpaid debt, breach of terms, illegal use, or judicial/regulatory order. Pending shipments are held per rules and the sender is notified.

Article 14 — Dispute resolution
For disputes, the User should first file a case on the website Complaints page for review by PST’s claims unit. If unresolved, the case is escalated to the regulator’s 195.cra.ir portal. The final venue is the competent courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tehran.

Article 15 — Governing law & amendments
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, particularly the Postal Act, E-Commerce Act, Consumer Protection Act, and CRA regulations. PST may update these terms at any time; the latest revision date is shown here and continued use after publication means acceptance.
