Fast, transparent, fully compliant clearance

Why clear with PST?

Customs clearance is the most sensitive part of international trade — one mistake in HS classification, the declaration or supporting documents can cause additional duties, fines or even cargo seizure. Our licensed broker team has years of experience across Iran's main customs offices and makes the process transparent and predictable.

We operate at all the main customs offices: Shahid Rajaee, Bazargan, Bandar Abbas, IKA airport, Astara, Sero and Mehrabad. Services include order registration, EPL declaration, FX-obligation clearance, standards, quarantine, HS inquiries and dispute defence.

Customs FAQ

Didn't find your answer here? Contact us anytime.

How long does clearance typically take?

Depending on the cargo and customs office, 3–10 working days. Goods needing special permits (e.g., standards) may take longer.

Can I check the HS of my goods before purchase?

Yes — we offer free HS inquiry before order registration so duties and required permits are known in advance.

What happens if the cargo is held at assessment?

Our brokers attend assessment in person and, if a dispute arises, present the full documentation to the dispute board and defend the file.

How are customs service fees calculated?

Either as a percentage of customs value or a flat fee for low-value cargo. The quote shows the basis transparently.
