Daily coordination with foreign carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, RusPost, AliExpress), AWB oversight, exception handling at international customs, route performance analytics, and cost optimization. Familiarity with UPU rules, Incoterms, fluent English, and negotiation are required.
Prepare import/export declarations in EPL, HS Code classification, NTSW registration, import permits, and coordination with Imam Khomeini, Shahid Rajaee, and border airport customs. Military exemption card and trade license required; HCC license is a plus.
Build and maintain the PST operational platform (Next.js 14, Mongoose, TypeScript), design APIs for acceptance, tracking, customs, and complaints, integrate with payment gateways, Shahkar, NTSW, and EPL. Experience with RBAC, JWT, and ExcelJS reporting is a plus.
Manage Linux, Docker, MongoDB Atlas/on-prem, CI/CD with GitLab, monitoring with Grafana, ISO 27001 compliance, incident response, and periodic pentests. Familiarity with Iran-infra constraints (sanctions, CDN, internal DNS) is required.
Extract, analyze, and report operational data (daily, monthly, quarterly), produce CRA mandatory reports (26 official reports), build analytics dashboards, and prepare responses to regulator inquiries. Proficiency in SQL/MongoDB Aggregation and advanced Excel is required.
Day-to-day branch/Pishkhan operations, acceptance and delivery KPIs, counter staff training, customer escalations, HQ reporting, and stationery/box inventory. Minimum 3 years team-lead experience.
In-person shipment acceptance, system registration, barcode printing, sender signature, service explanation, and answering customer questions. PC literacy, strong communication, and familiarity with postal services.
Sort shipments by destination, standard bagging, container loading, barcode scanning, and daily reporting to the shift lead. Physical capability, sorting accuracy, and readiness for night shifts.
Door-to-door express deliveries with the PST courier app, digital recipient signatures, COD collection, and safety protocols. Valid motorcycle license and personal motorbike required.
Handle calls, site chat, WhatsApp, ticket creation, complaint follow-up, written responses to CRA (when needed), and weekly reports to the support manager. Strong communication, patience, fluent written Persian, and intermediate English.
3–6 month internships for industrial/software engineering, statistics, MBA, law, and accounting students across operations, software, CRA reports, customs, sales, and legal. Includes stipend, completion certificate, and priority for formal hire.
