What is the maximum weight per parcel?
Up to 30 kg per package. Heavier shipments are quoted as air cargo, which is more economical.
Can I send prohibited items by express?
No. Postal prohibitions (regulated substances, batteries, liquids without permits, etc.) cannot be shipped. The full list lives on the Prohibited Items page.
What determines the express rate?
Weight, dimensions (volumetric weight), destination, content type (document or parcel) and ship date — all itemised in the quote.
What happens if a parcel is lost in transit?
We chase the carrier first; if loss is confirmed, the baseline insurance pays out. Higher coverage can be added on the quote.
