Authenticity, transparency & validity

All credentials below are issued by official competent authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran. • Postal activity license 1416-93-100

  Official license for postal services — domestic, international, and related — issued by the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA). It authorizes PST to operate nationwide under CRA supervision and to handle international shipments within the UPU framework.

• Company registration certificate — National ID 14009039475

  Official registration certificate of Pishtaz Sorat Tabadol Kian (PJSC) from the State Companies Registration Office. Contains the legal-entity national ID, statutory address, board members, and nominal capital.

• eNamad electronic trust seal

  Two-star eNamad trust seal issued by the e-Commerce Development Center (Ministry of Industry, Mine & Trade), certifying the authenticity and legal operation of our online shop and payment gateway. Visible in the site footer; click the badge for live verification on enamad.ir.

• Samandehi digital-content ID

  Samandehi (content authorization) ID issued by the Center for Digital Media Technology Development (Ministry of Culture) for the company website. Confirms the site’s lawful operation under Iran’s Freedom of Information Act.

• Iran Chamber of Commerce membership

  Membership of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture as an active player in logistics, international shipping, and trade. Enables certificate-of-origin issuance, chamber arbitration, and international trade networking.

• Customs brokerage license (HCC)

  Official customs brokerage license issued by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration, allowing PST to perform goods declaration, import/export permits, duty payment, and Switch BLs on behalf of clients.

• FIATA international freight-forwarders membership

  Membership in the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) as an accredited forwarder, validating FBL/FCR bills of lading issued by PST in the global forwarder network.

• ISO 9001 — Quality Management

  ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certificate issued by an accredited international certification body for our acceptance, processing, and delivery workflows. Renewed annually via third-party audits.

• ISO 27001 — Information Security Management

  ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management certificate for safeguarding customer data, operational systems, and IT infrastructure. Includes access controls, encryption, incident response, and business continuity.

• NTSW — National Trade Single Window registration

  Official NTSW registration as an active importer/exporter, enabling electronic order registration, cottage issuance, FX allocation, and e-customs operations.
